Dan has been practicing employment, wage and hour, and personal injury law since 1997 with Wagner, Jones, Kopfman & Artenian. He has many years of experience in class action lawsuits and has been named class counsel for numerous cases.

      Dan graduated from California State University, Fresno in 1989 with a degree in Chemistry. After working as an Analytical Chemist for several years, he decided to pursue a law degree, which he obtained at San Joaquin College of Law in 1997.

     Dan plays a key role in every aspect of preparing cases for settlement or trial. Cases involving large recoveries are hard-fought, and Dan’s hundreds of witness examinations, court and mediation appearances, and damage model calculations have been at the center of the firm’s many successes. Clients who work with Dan are always impressed by his thoroughness and dedication.

     Dan is a member of the Fresno County Bar Association, California Employment Lawyers Association and Consumer Attorneys of California. Among his many interests, Dan enjoys travelling with his wife, Dawnette, and scuba diving in exotic foreign locations.
