Our trial team won a $54.6 million verdict and a total judgment of $60.8 million on behalf of Wal-Mart employees in a month-long class-action jury trial in federal court in San Francisco. The unanimous jury awarded payment to over 830 Wal-Mart truck drivers in California who were not properly compensated according to California law.
